\u2022 Design and develop Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and automation systems, including security, fire alarms, access control, and Building Management Systems (BMS), ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards.
\u2022 Prepare detailed project estimation documents, including cost analysis, materials, labour, and timelines, based on client specifications and engineering data.
\u2022 Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to understand project needs, provide technical solutions, and create system layouts and schematics.
\u2022 Conduct site surveys, identify system requirements, and propose optimized designs to enhance performance and cost-effectiveness.
\u2022 Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in ELV and automation systems, and incorporate best practices into designs. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
\u2022 Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in Design & Estimation, preferably within the Smart Home Automation, ELV, or BMS systems in Dubai.
\u2022 SIRA certification is a must.
\u2022 KNX and Lutronknowledge is an added advantage.
\u2022 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
\u2022 Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. <\/p>\n
