The candidate will play a vital role in helping clients establish their businesses in Dubai (Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore). <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advise clients on the best business structure and jurisdiction (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) based on their business needs. <\/li>\n<li>Manage the entire business setup lifecycle including trade license applications, approvals, and renewals. <\/li>\n<li>Liaise with government authorities such as <a >DED <\/a>, <a >MOHRE <\/a>, Dubai Municipality, Free Zone Authorities, etc. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure corporate compliance with UAE laws including ESR, UBO, and AML requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Draft, review, and process legal documents such as MOAs, board resolutions, NOCs, license applications, etc. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in opening corporate bank accounts for clients by coordinating with banks and preparing the required documentation. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and updated records of all client interactions in the CRM system. <\/li>\n<li>Meet and exceed monthly targets for new business acquisition and client conversion. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Female candidates<strong>from a Malayali background <\/strong>(fluent in Malayalam &#038; English). <\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Law, or any relevant field. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Minimum 1-2 years of UAE experience <\/strong>in company formation\/business setup. <\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of UAE corporate laws and licensing procedures. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. <\/li>\n<li>Proactive, self-driven, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. <\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with UAE Free Zones (DMCC, IFZA, RAKEZ, etc.). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary &#038;
