We\u2019re looking for a dynamic and skilled professional to join our team in Dubai, with 3\u20135 years of experience in Odoo ERP. If you\u2019re passionate about delivering impactful ERP solutions, collaborating across industries, and bridging business needs with technology \u2014 we\u2019d love to hear from you! <\/p>\n
Gather & analyze customer requirements, and document detailed SRS (Software Requirement Specification) \/ FRD (Functional Requirement Document)
Conduct Gap Analysis between client needs and Odoo standard functionality
Design effective solutions using Odoo modules and workflows
Support the Sales Team with pre-sales activities, including demos, proposals & client workshops
Maintain strong customer relations, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate with cross-functional teams \u2014 developers, project managers, and QA \u2014 to deliver projects on time
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for optimization & automation <\/p>\n
Strong functional knowledge of Odoo ERP across modules (Sales, Purchase, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.)
Hands-on experience preparing SRS\/FRD documentation & conducting business process mapping
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams
Exposure to diverse industries and ability to adapt solutions to varied business scenarios
Experience in pre-sales activities and delivering product demonstrations
