We are expandingour presence in the GCC region and are seeking a highly experienced and well-connectedBusiness Development Executive to drive growth and establish strong client relationships inthis key market. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Business Acquisition: <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities within the Dubai market. <\/li>\n<li>Leverage existing networks to build and sustain client relationships in the professional services sector. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the Dubai business environment. <\/li>\n<li>Identify and prioritize target industries and clients within Dubai for focused growth. <\/li>\n<li><b>Client Relationship Management: <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations across Dubai. <\/li>\n<li>Understand client needs and position Endurisk Advisory\u2019s offerings as the most suitable solution. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project handover. <\/li>\n<li>Share market insights and client feedback to help refine and enhance service offerings. <\/li>\n<li><b>Reporting: <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Track and report business development activities, opportunities, and outcomes to senior management. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and progress using CRM tools. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629: <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of business development experience in Dubai, preferably in professional services or related industries. <\/li>\n<li><b>Network: <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Strong pre-existing network of contacts within the Dubai business community, including decision-makers in target sectors. <\/li>\n<li><b>Skills: <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to generate new business and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. <\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and align them with business objectives. <\/li>\n<li><b>\u0627\u0644\u062a\u0639\u0644\u064a\u0645: <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
