products being offered by company to every customer who visits the showroom. <\/p>\n<p>To ensure that Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, <\/p>\n<p>Contractors and direct Customers who visit the Company. shall endorse &#038; patronize company in their projects. <\/p>\n<p>Proactively do the needful to invite the Architects, Builders, Designers, Customers etc. to the company. <\/p>\n<p>SPECIFIC DELIVERABLES <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To educate every customer about the concepts of company brand \/ products, our USPs, benefit, advantage &#038; features, competition benchmarking &#038; value to the customers. <\/li>\n<li>To make customer visualize a luxury bathing experience by using descriptive words, adjectives and powerful metaphors. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure conversion of total walk-in-customers in showroom to sales. <\/li>\n<li>Going out in market and Meeting with Architects, Interior designers, developers\/Builders to educate them about CBS. <\/li>\n<li>Generate project leads by meeting Architects, Interior designers &#038; project owners. <\/li>\n<li>Engage and escort all customers to showroom using \u2018power statements\u2019. <\/li>\n<li>To place company in the mind of architects, dealers, walk-in clients who visit the Showroom. <\/li>\n<li>To understand the needs of the customers and address the same sensibly. <\/li>\n<li>To create further need in the mind of the customers by suggesting more alternatives all possible solutions being provided. <\/li>\n<li>To establish personal rapport with customers. <\/li>\n<li>Maximize customer engagement appropriately within the store. <\/li>\n<li>Submission of offers, proposals, PI\u2019s as per the customer requirements in terms of timelines <\/li>\n<li>Adhere to the commercial terms of company. <\/li>\n<li>Upselling and closing the deal with win-win approach. <\/li>\n<li>Outdoor sales and marketing visits as deemed necessary to maximize the company business and exceed personal goals. <\/li>\n<li>Generate creative ideas for business development. <\/li>\n<li>To meet one\u2019s individual Business Plan. <\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate with the distributors sales teams to invite their contacts &#038;
