(please don’t apply if no don\u2019t Hold one) <\/p>\n Minimum 6 months experience in Dubai real estate <\/p>\n Must already live and work in Dubai. <\/p>\n Oversee CRM system to support lead creation, monitoring, and conversion mechanisms. <\/p>\n Facilitate efficient distribution and assignment of leads amongst our sales representatives. <\/p>\n Periodically review lead information to uphold its precision and validity. <\/p>\n Partner with sales and marketing departments to pinpoint and rectify gaps in lead outreach and engagement methods. Assisting the sales agents in closing the deals and arranging to view etc. <\/p>\n Forge and execute tactics to boost lead engagement and conversion ratios. <\/p>\n Guide and educate the sales team on harnessing the CRM tool effectively. <\/p>\n Organize, schedule, and maintain the executive’s calendar, ensuring no overlaps and managing rescheduling as necessary.
