<\/strong>The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting various HR functions and activities within an organization. This role will have a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment, responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs. Should be skilled in developing effective talent acquisition strategies and ensuring a seamless hiring process. Collaborates closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and deliver timely, high-quality hiring outcomes while supporting broader HR functions as needed.<\/p>\n
<\/strong>\u2022 Coordinate with HRBPs to collect and submit Manpower Acquisition, Hiring, and Change-in-Terms Requests for CHRO approval
\u2022 Own and maintain the Global Recruitment Tracker to monitor progress across regions
\u2022 Act as the main liaison between HRBPs and recruitment agencies, consolidating agency lists and ensuring alignment on active roles
\u2022 Manage job advertisement process by coordinating with Marketing and HRBPs to publish openings on the Career Page and LinkedIn
\u2022 Proactively source talent through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach
\u2022 Screen and shortlist candidate profiles, prepare summaries, and schedule multi-round interviews across time zones
\u2022 Support offer management by coordinating documentation, approvals, and candidate acceptance
\u2022 Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and cost-per-hire
\u2022 Ensure a smooth onboarding handover by collaborating closely with the Local HRBPs
\u2022 Work closely with the Employee Relations Team on recruitment and onboarding policies
\u2022 Contribute to process improvements by maintaining recruitment SOPs, templates, and documentation
\u2022 Manage and support the implementation and optimization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) <\/p>\n
<\/strong>\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
\u2022 5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on business partnering.
\u2022 Proficiency in English (written and verbal). Additional languages may be advantageous.
\u2022 Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills
