This role involves facilitating various learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs, and driving a continuous learning culture within the organization.<br \/><strong>ROLE PROFILE<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and deliver high-quality programs to enhance employee performance and engagement. The role will require travel across the region to deliver training sessions. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct new hire orientation sessions and organize onboarding training. <\/li>\n<li>Design and develop training modules tailored to the organization&#8217;s competency framework and business needs. <\/li>\n<li>Adapt learning materials to cater to different learning styles and levels of expertise. <\/li>\n<li>Develop engaging instructional materials, handouts, and multimedia learning resources. <\/li>\n<li>Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions across multiple locations. <\/li>\n<li>Implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs. <\/li>\n<li>Provide post-training follow-up, coaching, and reinforcement strategies to ensure knowledge retention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in related area and\/or equivalent experience. <\/li>\n<li>1-3 years of experience in Learning &#038; Development, preferably in Leisure, Entertainment, or Hospitality. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with instructional design, e-learning tools, and content development. <\/li>\n<li>trong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively. <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in Arabic is a Must. <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English is a Must. <\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel across the region to deliver training sessions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At Majid Al Futtaim, we\u2019re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
