We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant \u2013 Manpower Team to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role plays a vital part in supporting the daily operations of our manpower division, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, candidates, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for supporting workforce management processes. <\/p>\n
Workforce Coordination \u2013 Schedule, assign, and monitor manpower across client sites
Client Servicing \u2013 First point of contact for client issues and site visits
Admin & Reporting \u2013 Maintain records, assist in reporting, support HR processes
Compliance \u2013 Ensure legal and internal SOP compliance
Logistics \u2013 Manage uniforms, IDs, and support training efforts <\/p>\n
1\u20132 years\u2019 experience in manpower\/facility operations
Knowledge of UAE labor laws
Strong MS Excel & field coordination skills
Must be comfortable with frequent travel to client sites <\/p>\n
