This role requires strong leadership, hands-on teamwork, and attention to detail to maintain our high service standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience.<\/p>\n<p>Duties &#038; Responsibilities <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organization of the restaurant operations on a daily basis with a various shift assignment <\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the personnel\u2019s full awareness of the menu and service offered by the brand <\/li>\n<li>Keeping the restaurant clean and organized for the full day service while following the food code requirements <\/li>\n<li>Finding the best efficient way to serve the food\/drinks\/pastries in the restaurant regardless of the footfall <\/li>\n<li>Engaging the staff on the allocated shift to work in the best and positive mood getting along with the reaching the branch\u2019s sales and performance targets; <\/li>\n<li>Planning the staff\u2019s schedule ensuring the maximum efficiency and swift performance <\/li>\n<li>Managing and assisting with the minor documentation required from and for staff\u2019s (sick leave, leave application, various HR requests) <\/li>\n<li>To be responsible and fully involved in the restaurant\u2019s operation <\/li>\n<li>Doing inventories and stock takes on a permanent basis, refilling the stocks on time keeping the par levels and ensuring the availability of all ingredients always <\/li>\n<li>Predicting and\/or preventing the guest\u2019s dissatisfaction on every possible level <\/li>\n<li>Making the guest\u2019s comments work positively for the company\u2019s improvements, prosperity and growth <\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the equipment is taken care of and managed in a proper manner with permanently performed maintenance <\/li>\n<li>Arranging the records, files and service reports required for the restaurant\u2019s operation <\/li>\n<li>Performing the duties according to the weekly schedule. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Requirements &#038; Qualifications <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous UAE or Gulf Experience on a managerial position (at least 8-14 staff members) <\/li>\n<li>Being super friendly, super strict and super fair to the team <\/li>\n<li>Being a positive, self-confident and ambitious person <\/li>\n<li>Being ready to be accepted by a warm and friendly team <\/li>\n<li>Additional trainings, tastings, guidance will be provided <\/li>\n<li>English speaking;
