This role requires skillful handling of equipment, adherence to safety protocols, and effective coordination with ground personnel. <\/p>\n<p>Beyond operation, the operator performs routine equipment inspections, reports any malfunctions, and collaborates with supervisors to plan lifts and equipment usage efficiently.
