As a key member of our executive leadership you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations driving strategic financial planning and ensuring the organization\u2019s fiscal health and growth. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization\u2019s long\u2011term objectives <\/li>\n<li>Lead the preparation of annual budgets, capital budgets and rolling forecasts in collaboration with the General Manager and department heads <\/li>\n<li>Oversee the production of timely and accurate financial reports for management, corporate office and owners <\/li>\n<li>Analyze financial data and communicate meaningful insights to guide decision\u2011making <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards <\/li>\n<li>Manage cash flow, approve disbursements and optimize working capital <\/li>\n<li>Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets <\/li>\n<li>Direct the accounting department ensuring efficient operations and optimal staffing levels <\/li>\n<li>Develop and monitor key performance indicators to enhance revenues and improve cost efficiencies <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other executives to drive business growth and profitability <\/li>\n<li>Oversee capital expenditure processes and fixed asset management <\/li>\n<li>Foster a culture of financial accountability and transparency across the organization <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA preferred <\/li>\n<li>Professional certification such as CPA, CMA or equivalent <\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role <\/li>\n<li>Strong accounting, analytical and problem\u2011solving skills <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to influence and collaborate at all levels <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in strategic financial planning, budgeting and forecasting <\/li>\n<li>In\u2011depth knowledge of financial reporting, analysis and performance metrics <\/li>\n<li>Expertise in implementing and maintaining internal control systems <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in advanced financial software and ERP systems <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high\u2011performing teams <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of risk management and corporate governance principles <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and reporting standards (preferred) <\/li>\n<li>Visionary mindset with the ability to align financial strategies with organizational goals <\/li>\n<li>Detail\u2011oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and timeliness <\/li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in a fast\u2011paced dynamic environment and make decisive financial decisions <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0645\u0639\u0644\u0648\u0645\u0627\u062a \u0625\u0636\u0627\u0641\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<h3>What\u2019s In It for You <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lots of opportunity to progress and switch it up as part of a global family of brands. <\/li>\n<li>Great healthcare, competitive salary and some nice extra perks across the Ennismore family of brands!
