With a proven track record of delivering high-quality, custom solutions, we are launching in Dubai with a B2B focus, targeting contractors, architects, developers, and large-scale fit-out projects. <\/p>\n<h3>Role Overview <\/h3>\n<p>We are seeking a dynamic <b>Business Development Manager <\/b> with strong industry knowledge and market connections to spearhead Interwood&#8217;s market entry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in the <b>furniture, construction, interiors, or related sectors <\/b> and a proven ability to work closely with contractors, architects, and developers to secure projects. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Market Penetration: Develop and execute strategies to enter and expand Interwood&#8217;s presence in the UAE&#8217;s mid-premium furniture and KDW fit-out segments. <\/li>\n<li>Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and project managers to secure B2B fit-out projects. <\/li>\n<li>Lead Generation &#038; Conversion: Identify and qualify leads, present tailored solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals. <\/li>\n<li>Project Coordination: Liaise with Pakistan HQ for design, production, and logistics coordination, ensuring timely delivery and installation. <\/li>\n<li>Brand Representation: Act as the face of Interwood in Dubai, representing the brand at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings. <\/li>\n<li>Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to inform sales strategy. <\/li>\n<li>Reporting: Provide regular updates on pipeline, sales performance, and market insights to senior management. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0624\u0647\u0644\u0627\u062a \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0637\u0644\u0648\u0628\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience: Minimum 5 years in business development\/sales within furniture, interior fit-out, construction, tiles, or related industries. <\/li>\n<li>Network: Established relationships with architects, contractors, developers in Dubai\/UAE. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge: Understanding of project-based B2B sales cycles, tender processes, and fit-out industry requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. <\/li>\n<li>Mobility: Must have legal working status in UAE and be able to travel to Pakistan regularly. <\/li>\n<li>Education: Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field (Master&#8217;s preferred). <\/li>\n<li>Languages: Proficiency in English;
