This role is designed for someone who deeply understands supplier pain points, can think commercially, and is excited about using technology (AI, data, automation) to solve real operational challenges.<br \/>The ideal candidate is not a traditional salesperson. Instead, we want a commercially driven problem solver who\u2019s worked with multiple customers across the foodservice or FMCG industries and is still curious, hungry, and open-minded enough to help redefine how things are done.<\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<h3>Customers( suppliers\/restaurants) Targeting &#038; Commercial Discovery <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Identify and prioritize customer segments across the UAE market based on opportunity sizing and readiness for tech adoption. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Bring \u201cout of the box\u201d ideas and solutions that will help customers improve their day to day operations. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Lead deep discovery sessions to understand customer operational gaps and sales friction points. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proactively match customer needs with Kaso\u2019s suite of solutions for example (Order App, Sales AI, Smart Catalog, etc.). <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Solution Scoping &#038; Tech Integration <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Collaborate with internal product\/tech teams to scope solution fit and feasibility. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Translate commercial needs into product briefs or custom solution offerings. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Educate customers on how AI, automation, and digital tools can unlock commercial value. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Commercial Negotiation &#038; Contracting <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Build compelling commercial proposals that align mutual incentives. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Own the pricing discussion, annual agreement locking, and revenue share model negotiations. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Close customer contracts with a focus on long-term monetization potential. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Supplier Relationship Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Act as the go-to commercial contact for assigned customers post-deal closure. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Regularly monitor customer performance and tech adoption; flag risks or opportunities. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Liaise with customer success, operations, and tech teams to ensure solution success. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Performance Tracking &#038; Reporting <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Analyze customer sales trends, engagement metrics, and platform performance using data-driven insights. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Deliver recurring performance reports with actionable recommendations for improvement. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Collaborate with customer commercial and marketing teams to align initiatives with broader business goals. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Stakeholder Coordination <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Serve as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders across all supplier projects. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Facilitate strategic check-ins, operational syncs, and joint planning discussions to ensure alignment. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Your profile <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>4\u20137 years of experience in supplier-facing roles (commercial, category, procurement, trade marketing), ideally in foodservice, FMCG, or digital platforms. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong commercial acumen with a consultative approach\u2014able to think both strategically and tactically. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Demonstrated experience working with multiple suppliers and managing complex relationships. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Tech-curious with an interest in AI, automation, and SaaS platforms. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Fluent in English; additional fluency in Urdu\/Hindi or another South Asian language is a strong advantage. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred Attributes: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Not \u201cjust a salesperson\u201d\u2014you\u2019re a solution-finder who thinks like a builder. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Believes in doing things differently and using technology to challenge legacy models. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Smart, hardworking, and able to push through ambiguity to get results. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Collaborative team player, but also highly independent and self-motivated. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Why us? <\/h3>\n<p>This is a rare opportunity to be part of a category-defining company at the intersection of foodservice and technology.
