Librarian – Indian Nationals Only <\/b> <\/p>\n

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Librarian to join our team in Ajman. As a librarian, you will be responsible for managing our library collection, assisting patrons with research requests, and promoting literacy and education within the community. This position is open to Indian nationals only. <\/p>\n

  1. Manage and maintain the library collection, including cataloging, shelving, and weeding materials <\/li>\n
  2. Assist patrons with finding resources and researching information <\/li>\n
  3. Plan and coordinate library programs and events to promote literacy and education <\/li>\n
  4. Develop relationships with community members to understand their needs and interests <\/li>\n
  5. Stay updated on current literature, technology, and trends in the library field <\/li>\n
  6. Train and supervise library staff members <\/li>\n
  7. Maintain accurate records of library transactions and prepare reports as needed <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or related field <\/li>\n
    2. Proven experience working in a library setting <\/li>\n
    3. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail <\/li>\n
    4. Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus) <\/li>\n
    5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team <\/li>\n
    6. Familiarity with library systems and software <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
