{"id":50620,"date":"2025-11-15T12:45:50","date_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:45:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/officer-transaction-banking-services-sharjah\/"},"modified":"2025-11-15T12:45:52","modified_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:45:52","slug":"officer-transaction-banking-services-sharjah","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/officer-transaction-banking-services-sharjah\/","title":{"rendered":"Officer &#8211; Transaction Banking Services, Sharjah"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2501725<\/p>\n<h3>Careers for a Changing World of Islamic Banking. <\/h3>\n<h3>Officer &#8211; Transaction Banking Services <\/h3>\n<p>Posted On 05 Aug, 2025 <\/p>\n<p>Type: Permanent <\/p>\n<p>Job Category: Liabilities Banking <\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>The primary role of the officer is to assist the Manager\/AVP-Transaction Banking in promoting TBS products including Cash, Trade, Host to Host, and online banking. <\/p>\n<p>The officer is expected to: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist existing clients with their daily requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as IT, TFS, CBG\/Real Estate, Internet Banking, Risk, Legal\/Compliance, Central Processing, and Treasury teams to provide superior TBS products\/services. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><strong>Arranging preferred exchange rates for client transactions: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive exchange rate requests from clients. <\/li>\n<li>Contact the Treasury team for the preferred rate. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with OCD team to fix the rate in the system. <\/li>\n<li>Inform clients once the rate is fixed. <\/li>\n<li>Verify transaction completion by the client. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Arranging compliance approval for new accounts &#038; submitting documents to compliance: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gather required documents. <\/li>\n<li>Send documents to Compliance and follow up. <\/li>\n<li>Once approved, communicate with TBS RM\/Client. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Study client requirements and encourage moving transactions online\/digitally. Assess client issues and coordinate remedial actions with relevant teams.
