The successful candidate will provide administrative support to staff, clients, and customers. <\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience as an office clerk, be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. <\/p>\n<p>Your duties will include, but are not limited to: <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately <\/li>\n<li>Greeting visitors and guiding them accordingly <\/li>\n<li>Maintaining office supplies inventory, checking stock levels, anticipating needs, and placing orders <\/li>\n<li>Filing documents accurately according to procedures <\/li>\n<li>Preparing reports and documents as required by management <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The offered salary is 1600 AED per month.
