Key Responsibilities.
\u00b7Lead the planning and execution of new country launches.
\u00b7Define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring and within budget.
\u00b7Monitor project performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize customer experiences.
\u00b7Act as a liaison between the regional D2C team, regional development teams, and global platform teams to facilitate seamless collaboration and communication.
\u00b7Maintain high-quality project documentation.
\u00b7Translate business\/functional requirements into technical solutions and build related operational processes to bridge gaps between stakeholders and development teams.
\u00b7Respond to ad-hoc requests from the Corporate Office and ensure effective communication with local stakeholders to address challenges promptly.
\u00b7Conduct continuous regional e-commerce sellout platform trend reviews and assess their applicability to Samsung eStores, driving data-driven decision-making.
\u00b7Participate in technical planning and requirements gathering phases, including design, code, and test, to ensure successful project execution.
\u00b7Support the D2C Platfrom Head in managing internal stakeholder expectations for project deliverables and help implement an effective system of project governance.
\u00b7Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and address any challenges proactively.
\u00b7Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements for D2C operations.

\u00b7Bachelor\/Master degree in Business\/IT\/Engineering or a relevant field with 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce
\u00b7PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, AgilePM, ACP or Lean Six Sigma qualifications advantageous.
\u00b7Strong understanding of end-to-end eCommerce operations (online, offline, omni), retail strategies & eCommerce trends
\u00b7Strong communication and leadership skills.
\u00b7Strong understanding of market dynamics and technology
\u00b7Fluent in English (Bonus: Korean, French, or Turkish)
Preferred skills:
\u00b7Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Hybris, AEM, Magento, Spotify, Salesforce) & related ecosystems – including ERPs, WMS, CMS, payment gateways, CRM tools, and analytics platforms
\u00b7Well-versed in the use of tools of software delivery e.g. MS OFFICE suite, JIRA, Confluence etc.
\u00b7Self-motivated, flexible, multitasking, reliable to deliver on time, a quick-thinker, be able to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial work environment
\u00b7recommendations\/strategic plans for business growth
\u00b7Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working with development teams (business analysis, developers, QA, architects).
