They should exhibit full product knowledge to engage and satisfy customers, impacting sales and driving business growth. <\/p>\n<h3>What you will do <\/h3>\n<h3>Profit Financial <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Recommends appropriate products and highlights Features, Advantages, and Benefits to customers. <\/li>\n<li>Assists customers in locating, selecting, and purchasing desired products based on preferred brand, variant, and color. <\/li>\n<li>Utilizes selling techniques such as suggestive selling, upselling, and cross-selling to increase ATV (Average Transaction Value). <\/li>\n<li>Monitors availability of GOBE products. <\/li>\n<li>Ensures proper safekeeping of all store merchandise to prevent shoplifting, damages, and pilferages. <\/li>\n<li>Monitors and updates reports on product shelf life. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Commercial <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensures products on display are replenished as needed with complete shelf tags and price tags. <\/li>\n<li>Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned area. <\/li>\n<li>Adheres to all customer service standards (e.g., Smile and Greet, Offers Basket). <\/li>\n<li>Addresses all customer queries and needs. <\/li>\n<li>Resolves customer complaints within the scope of control and according to customer service standards. <\/li>\n<li>Prepares and sets up store promotions using marketing collateral to communicate offers effectively. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Process <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitors weekly price changes and updates shelf and price tags accordingly. <\/li>\n<li>Displays products following set planograms and guidelines for a specified duration. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>People <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Completes MFP and PDP on time. <\/li>\n<li>Participates in and implements agreed EES action plans. <\/li>\n<li>Strictly complies with company policies on attendance, punctuality, conduct, and grooming standards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required skills to be successful <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Good knowledge of the fashion\/beauty industry and trends, retail operations (stock, VM, systems, cash), and computer skills. <\/li>\n<li>Empathy, customer service orientation, results-driven, leadership, and problem-solving skills. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent relationship skills. <\/li>\n<li>Integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to deal with ambiguity. <\/li>\n<li>Proactive with a good team spirit and initiative-taking ability. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What equips you for the role <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: High School diploma or Degree (not essential). <\/li>\n<li>Minimum Experience: 2 to 4 years in retail, focusing on the beauty or fashion sector. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We\u2019re here to provide excellent service, and your contribution can ensure a five-star candidate experience from start to finish. <\/p>\n<p>Before you click \u201capply\u201d: Please read the job description carefully to confidently demonstrate why this opportunity is right for you.
