This role plays a key leadership position on the shop floor, helping to motivate and guide the retail team while maintaining high standards of service, product knowledge, and operational efficiency. <\/p>\n<p>The Assistant Store Manager acts as a key support to the Store Manager, stepping in to lead the store when required and helping to drive a high-performance, customer-first culture aligned with the Wolfi&#8217;s brand and community. Customer Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Store Manager in driving store sales targets and key performance indicators. <\/li>\n<li>Deliver exceptional customer service and expert product guidance to every customer. <\/li>\n<li>Lead by example on the shop floor, ensuring a welcoming and engaging customer experience. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor daily sales activity and assist in identifying opportunities to increase revenue. <\/li>\n<li>Handle customer queries, complaints, and service challenges professionally and efficiently. <\/li>\n<li>Support upselling, cross-selling, and product recommendations across bikes, accessories, and services. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Team Leadership &#038; Support <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in leading, coaching, and motivating the retail team. <\/li>\n<li>Support onboarding and training of new team members to the standard of the Wolfi&#8217;s way. <\/li>\n<li>Provide day-to-day guidance to ensure team members meet service and sales expectations. <\/li>\n<li>Help conduct regular team briefings and maintain strong internal communication. <\/li>\n<li>Support performance management through feedback, coaching, and development conversations. <\/li>\n<li>Step into leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is not present. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Operational Excellence <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure store operations run efficiently in line with company policies and procedures. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in managing inventory, stock accuracy, and product replenishment. <\/li>\n<li>Support visual merchandising standards to maintain a premium retail environment. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure the store remains clean, organised, and safe at all times. <\/li>\n<li>Assist with scheduling, rostering, and timekeeping processes. <\/li>\n<li>Support the preparation of sales reports and operational updates for management. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Community Engagement &#038;
