Known for its long-term vision, structured environment, and diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shape the overall positioning and distinct value proposition of master communities, their districts, and individual plots. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage phased rollout strategies for large-scale communities or portfolios, aligning product release with funding plans, market absorption, and delivery timelines. <\/li>\n<li>Craft comprehensive product briefs outlining vision, scope, and key development parameters across masterplans and their components. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee the formulation of development budgets, ensuring clarity on total costs and detailed allocation across hard and soft elements. <\/li>\n<li>Steer projects through all key stages-from early concept and design direction to detailed design-alongside the design leadership team. <\/li>\n<li>Review and guide integrated master programmes covering development timelines, infrastructure planning, and product release schedules. <\/li>\n<li>Support feasibility assessments with early revenue and cost modeling to evaluate profitability and inform strategic decision-making. <\/li>\n<li>Provide direction on market segmentation and product alignment by defining primary and secondary target audiences and product fit. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with design leads to ensure infrastructure, engineering, statutory, and delivery factors are fully integrated into the development process. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>A successful Director &#8211;
