annual set KPI objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Leverage cross\u2011sell opportunities to ensure higher revenue per customer. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain daily sales reports on performance for review by team leader and manager. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Customers <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver quality client onboarding experience and maintain customer focus. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure thorough knowledge of all products, policies and processes. <\/li>\n<li>Prevent mis\u2011selling by offering products\/services transparently. <\/li>\n<li>Resolve\/escalate customer redresses and ensure timely resolution. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Learning &#038; Growth <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in assigned training, Learning &#038; Development programmes. <\/li>\n<li>Stay aware of competition offerings and suggest improvements. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Internal Processes <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure implementation of prescribed sales &#038;
