No office politics, no fluff, just impact, learning, and growth. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Who We\u2019re Looking For <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a<strong>result-driven Tech Sales Manager <\/strong>to expand our client base and strengthen long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT sales or software services, understands technology-driven solutions, and is skilled at closing deals with both startups and enterprise clients. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the IT sector. <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (startups, enterprises, and global partners). <\/li>\n<li>Present and promote Evertech\u2019s<strong>staff augmentation, AI-driven development, and engineering services <\/strong>. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. <\/li>\n<li>Negotiate and close contracts with clients. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction. <\/li>\n<li>Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide forecasts. <\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to have <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>3+ years of proven experience in Tech sales, business development, or account management <\/strong>(preferably in software services, outsourcing, or staff augmentation). <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of IT services, software development cycles, and technical terminology. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success in<strong>building pipelines and closing deals <\/strong>. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent<strong>communication, negotiation, and presentation skills <\/strong>. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Fluent English (written and spoken) and Arabic  <\/strong>languages. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently, take ownership, and meet targets. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with<strong>CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) <\/strong>.
