Build on something that matters! <\/p>\n<p><b>What you will need to do : <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage estimation teams, overseeing estimators, providing guidance, and ensuring accurate and timely cost estimates. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement estimation processes, establishing standardized methodologies, tools, and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency. <\/li>\n<li>Analyze project documents such as plans and specifications to identify scope, requirements, and potential risks. <\/li>\n<li>Create detailed cost estimates covering materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, and indirect costs. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct risk assessments to identify potential overruns and delays, developing mitigation strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders including project managers, engineers, and procurement specialists to gather information and align on estimates. <\/li>\n<li>Present estimates and proposals to management and clients, clearly communicating the rationale. <\/li>\n<li>Mentor and train junior estimators, fostering continuous improvement and best practices. <\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on industry trends, estimation techniques, and software. <\/li>\n<li>Negotiate and manage subcontractor proposals and agreements. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What you will need to have : <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. <\/li>\n<li>At least 10 years of estimating experience on Heavy Civil EPC Projects. <\/li>\n<li>Option to work from Egypt or join an overseas project. <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience on at least two completed projects of similar scope and complexity, preferably international. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of lead estimating operations, tender preparation, risk and cost analysis, bid strategy, and value engineering. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent English skills, both speaking and writing, especially for communication with US Government personnel. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with US Government projects and familiarity with USACE standards, OBO, and relevant regulations is highly preferred. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>You are someone who : <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. <\/li>\n<li>Has extensive experience (10+ years) in cost estimation for large-scale Oil &#038; Gas EPC projects. <\/li>\n<li>Possesses expertise in EPC cost estimating methodologies, including quantity take-offs, pricing, and risk analysis. <\/li>\n<li>Has industry knowledge of Oil &#038; Gas standards, regulations, and practices across upstream, midstream, and downstream operations. <\/li>\n<li>Is proficient with industry-standard cost estimating software. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates leadership and effective communication skills. <\/li>\n<li>Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What is in it for you : <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>Enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package, working within a smart, passionate, and international EPC group on impactful projects globally.
