Retail Merchandising Manager <\/strong> role at <strong>Herm\u00e8s <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. <\/p>\n<p><strong>This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave, expected to run for 4-6 months approximately. <\/strong> <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Market and M\u00e9tier knowledge\n<ul>\n<li>Frequent store visits to acquire product expertise, analyse feedback and identify trends. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor sales performance through both quantitative analyses and qualitative feedback. <\/li>\n<li>Undertake detailed analyses to understand business opportunities and risks. <\/li>\n<li>Build action plans in collaboration with Retail, Training, Customer Service, Metiers, and Europe Region to achieve goals. <\/li>\n<li>Plan product feedback sessions and metier circles with ambassadors to collect insights and prepare for buying sessions. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Retail Merchandising Director to update sales forecasts. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>OTB and Buying Management\n<ul>\n<li>Define OTB for stores aligned with subsidiary and Europe strategy and stock objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor and control reorders within budgeted stock levels. <\/li>\n<li>Propose buying strategies to ensure a balanced and relevant product offer. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor PSI and replenishment with the Planning team, adjusting based on sales and assortment planning. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Product Animation\n<ul>\n<li>Support new product launches with Training, VM, and Communications teams. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with VM to optimize product visibility and store coherence. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to animations and events, ensuring proper product assortment and timely delivery. <\/li>\n<li>Manage product transfers and replenishments across the region. <\/li>\n<li>Support in-store briefings for key products with the Training team. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9tiers &#038;
