Campaign Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Own the CRM and marketing automation stack \u2014 from setup to optimization. <\/li>\n<li>Build, manage, and optimize automated customer journeys via email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and SMS. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to trigger user flows based on behavior and transaction signals. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Segmentation &#038; Personalization <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Segment users based on behavior, demographics, usage patterns, and lifecycle stages. <\/li>\n<li>Personalize communication and offers to maximize engagement and retention. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Analytics &#038; Performance Tracking <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Track and report on campaign performance and funnel metrics; uncover insights and propose actionable recommendations. <\/li>\n<li>Create dashboards and use tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, HubSpot, or similar to monitor KPIs. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Data &#038;
