\u2022 Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
\u2022 Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close of financial statement of the company.
\u2022 Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
\u2022 Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions.
\u2022 Process and monitored monthly payroll for management and workshop staff
\u2022 Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
\u2022 Supports budget and forecasting activities.
\u2022 Collaborates with the Plant Controller to support overall department goals and objectives.
\u2022 Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
\u2022 Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
\u2022 Assist to develop, maintain and control annual financial budgets and periodic cash forecasting.
\u2022 Review and analysis of cost sheet, variance analysis & feedback to concerns.
\u2022 Reported on account receivables and account payable balance to ensure prompt attention to potential problem areas
\u2022 Monitor project billing for the high end customers and ensured compliance to the system disciplines
\u2022 Responsible for Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labour.
\u2022 Analyzing data collected and recording results
\u2022 Analyzing changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost
\u2022 Analyzing <\/p>\n
\u2022 Holding a bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance\/accounting
\u2022 Minimum Five years\u2019 experience in supervision level in reputable organization.
\u2022 Costing experience in a multinational manufacturing company.
\u2022 Oracle knowledge
\u2022 Incumbent has demonstrated a clear potential to adapt himself to the changing circumstances.
\u2022 Knows how to work effectively with customers, co-workers, and other company personnel.
\u2022 Has shown some potential to be a strong closer.
\u2022 Has shown good progress in prioritizing work.
\u2022 Incumbent has demonstrated consistently good work habits and the ability to effectively prioritize work.
\u2022 Understands and practices the need for effective communications inside and outside the company. <\/p>\n
