Workflow Management <\/li>\n<li>Ensure that customer success teams <strong>(CSMs) <\/strong> are following best practices by creating standardized workflows, tracking progress, and measuring outcomes. <\/li>\n<li>Help prepare data-driven reports for QBRs with clients, showing progress, adoption rates, and business impact.<strong>( Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) <\/strong> <\/li>\n<li>Assist in creating and executing customer success strategies, aligning them with broader business<br \/>objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to ensure a unified customer journey. <\/li>\n<li>Manage customer success documentation, SOPs, and training materials. <\/li>\n<li>Provide actionable insights to improve customer lifecycle strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Focus on client relationships and satisfaction. <\/li>\n<li>Handling timelines, project reporting deliverables, and internal collaboration <\/li>\n<li>Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings <\/li>\n<li>Prepares communications related to projects and initiatives ensuring timely and concise messaging <\/li>\n<li>Provides regular status updates and reports to project leads or supervisor on the projects and initiatives through appropriate means and channels. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Project Management Support: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in managing and coordinating financial aspects of key projects within the organization, ensuring<br \/>adherence to project timelines and budgets. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor project performance, including financial impact, and ensure any financial risks or opportunities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Soft Skills &#038;
