This role demands a strategic thinker who can manage inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and streamline logistics processes. It\u2019s preferred to be a Mechatronics Engineer.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a: <\/strong>  <\/p>\n<p><strong>A) Inventory Management: <\/strong>  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Inventory Control <\/strong>: Monitor and analyze stock levels across multiple warehouses to ensure timely purchase orders (PO), prevent overstocking, and maintain availability for sales.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Stock Receiving <\/strong>: Manage Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processes to ensure accurate tracking and entry of stock into the system.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Item Dispatch <\/strong>: Oversee and ensure smooth operation of item fulfillment processes, including quality assurance (QA) checks to maintain product quality and readiness.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Warehouse Supervision <\/strong>: Supervise warehouse operations including in\/out movements and stock location management.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Product Quality <\/strong>: Ensure high standards of stock quality with robust packing, clear labeling, and thorough QA checks on products and performance.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>B) Technical Service Coordination: <\/strong>  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Customer Support <\/strong>: help the customer service agent by providing technical support and solutions to customers, facilitating effective communication between service engineers and customers for after-sales support.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Service Execution <\/strong>: Coordinate and manage the execution of services for items under warranty, including repairs, maintenance, and calibration.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Ticket Management <\/strong>: Supervise and monitor the resolution of service tickets to ensure timely and effective service delivery using Zoho Desk, CRM, and ERP.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Supplier Liaison <\/strong>: Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers regarding technical issues and product feedback to enhance product quality, performance, and design.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>C) Reporting: <\/strong>  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Analysis and Data Reporting <\/strong>: Generate and provide essential reports to management, finance, and accounting teams to aid in product management, pricing strategies, and operational improvements using tools like Zoho Inventory, CRM, Desk and Excel.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Industry Focus: <\/strong>  <\/p>\n<p>Our focus is on weighing equipment, lifting and material handling solutions, mechatronics, industrial automation, and much more.
