In this role, you will provide legal support to WSP throughout the Middle East, with a primary focus on helping manage our corporate portfolio and reviewing and negotiating construction industry contracts. <\/p>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate to gain hands-on legal experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. To be suitable for this role, you must be organised, display excellent written\/communication skills, and have the ability to apply sound legal and commercial judgment. You must hold a law degree, ideally with a focus on Civil Law systems. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the delivery of legal services to different teams across the Middle East business in a timely and professional way. <\/li>\n<li>Assist with the day-to-day tasks related to managing company entities in the Middle East, including setting up, closing down, or making changes to business registrations. <\/li>\n<li>Help review, draft, and organize different types of contracts and agreements, such as consultancy contracts and subcontracts. <\/li>\n<li>Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations that may affect WSP\u2019s operations in the region. <\/li>\n<li>Support the legal team in managing the company\u2019s corporate documents and activities in the Middle East. <\/li>\n<li>Share observations and suggestions on corporate matters with senior members of the legal team. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with other teams to help manage WSP\u2019s legal and corporate responsibilities in the Middle East. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Hold a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. <\/li>\n<li>Recently graduated or possess up to 2 years of relevant legal experience, ideally within the construction or infrastructure sector. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. <\/li>\n<li>Exhibit the ability to adapt to changing business needs and quality standards, with a focus on continuous improvement. <\/li>\n<li>Possess strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working within cross-functional teams. <\/li>\n<li>Show a proactive attitude toward learning and developing legal expertise. <\/li>\n<li>Embrace new challenges with flexibility and a solutions-oriented mindset. <\/li>\n<li>Must be a UAE National.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all. <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Join our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
