The Relocation Consultant will be responsible for guiding EER\u2019s clients\u2019 employees (assignees) through the entire relocation process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free transition to their new location. This face-to-face role involves providing personalised guidance and support throughout the entire process. The primary objective is to deliver a high-quality, tailored relocation experience that meets each assignee\u2019s unique needs.<\/p>\n
Accountabilities <\/b><\/p>\n
Conduct initial consultations with assignees to assess their relocation needs, preferences, and expectations.<\/p>\n
Provide guidance on housing, schooling, utility setup, bank account opening, and other essential settlement services.<\/p>\n
Deliver services in line with each assignee\u2019s specific needs, budget, and the clients\u2019 defined scope of work.<\/p>\n
Research and provide information on local laws and regulations, customs, and culture to help clients adapt to their new environment.<\/p>\n
Coordinate with external partners such as real estate agents, maintenance companies, property management companies, utility companies, banks and government authorities, to ensure a seamless relocation process.<\/p>\n
Maintain proactive and ongoing communication with assignees, addressing any concerns or issues that arise during the relocation process.<\/p>\n
Provide weekly progress reports via the designated case management system.<\/p>\n
Perform additional duties and ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned to support the broader Relocation Team.<\/p>\n
Proven experience in relocation consulting or a related field such as international business or travel planning ideal.<\/p>\n
Educational Qualifications <\/b><\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration or related field.<\/p>\n
Technical Qualifications <\/b><\/p>\n
Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).<\/p>\n
Customer service training or previous experience in hospitality\/client facing roles.<\/p>\n
Experience using CRM tools such as Relocation Online to track cases, update client files, and manage workflows.<\/p>\n
Training in intercultural communication or cross-cultural competency preferred.<\/p>\n
Skills and Abilities <\/b><\/p>\n
Knowledge of local laws, regulations, customs, and cultural norms.<\/p>\n
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.<\/p>\n
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.<\/p>\n
Client service orientated, with a calm, friendly, and professional demeanor when dealing with clients.<\/p>\n
Attention to detail, particularly in managing documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements.<\/p>\n
Discretion and confidentiality, especially when handling sensitive personal or client information.<\/p>\n
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and work effectively in face-to-face situations.<\/p>\n

Living in Abu Dhabi.<\/p>\n
Valid UAE driving licence and a good knowledge of local roads and neighbourhood.<\/p>\n
Access to a car.<\/p>\n
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.<\/p>\n

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English at a corporate level.<\/p>\n
