What We\u2019re Looking For: <\/strong>We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain \/ Logistics Coordinator tomanage end-to-end Supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinatingwith international suppliers, ensuring timely shipment deliveries, and maintaining accurateprocurement and logistics records. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strongunderstanding of supply chain and import\/export regulations. <\/p>\n What Will You Do: <\/strong> <\/p>\n Purchase & Procurement Coordination: <\/strong> <\/p>\n \u25cf Coordinate with international suppliers to manage purchase orders and negotiate pricing,delivery timelines, and terms. <\/p>\n \u25cf Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related toshipments. <\/p>\n \u25cf Maintain accurate purchase records and inventory data in line with internal policies andstandards. <\/p>\n \u25cf Communicate with internal departments (production, planning, finance) to align supply withbusiness requirements. <\/p>\n \u25cf Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities to enhance sourcing efficiency andcost savings. <\/p>\n \u25cf Review and verify invoices and purchase documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. <\/p>\n Logistics & Import Coordination: <\/strong> <\/p>\n \u25cf Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to support smooth importoperations. <\/p>\n \u25cf Ensure all shipments meet local and international customs and regulatory requirements. <\/p>\n \u25cf Coordinate with customs clearance teams and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery ofgoods. <\/p>\n \u25cf Keep up to date with UAE and global import\/export regulations. <\/p>\n \u25cf Use supply chain tools\/software to monitor and optimize shipment and logistics processes. <\/p>\n What Talent Do You Bring: <\/strong> <\/p>\n \u2022 Bachelor’s degree in a related field <\/p>\n \u2022 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics Coordination Role <\/p>\n \u2022 Knowledge of import regulations <\/p>\n \u2022 Strong understanding of UAE customs
