Operating under a schedule of rates contract, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and fostering a safe working environment. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, implement, and monitor the client\u2019s HSE policies and procedures tailored to the solar park project. <\/li>\n<li>Formulate HSE plans, procedures, action plans, and programs in consultation with the Project Manager and HSE Lead. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with project-specific HSE codes and standards. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular HSE trainings as per the training matrix and deliver effective toolbox talks (TBT) with the site in charge before work commencement. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and issue HSE information and guidelines as required. <\/li>\n<li>Provide safety instructions and information to employees to ensure safe work practices. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in HSE-related meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular workplace HSE audits and inspections, covering all aspects of health and safety. <\/li>\n<li>Identify safety non-compliance issues, notify the Project Manager and HSE Lead, document the non-compliance, and recommend corrective actions with timelines. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor safe work conditions and adopt proactive risk identification and mitigation strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Engineers or the engineering team to prepare safety documentation, including risk assessments, HSE audits, safety walkthrough reports, and incident reports. <\/li>\n<li>Foster a safe work environment and take ownership of safety initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Discuss current HSE concerns and learning points during Safety Committee Meetings. <\/li>\n<li>Consult with the group safety head and other leaders to ensure alignment with company safety policies and protocols. <\/li>\n<li>Investigate all incidents and accidents, preparing reports in line with standard procedures, and share them with the Project Manager and HSE Lead. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain a detailed record of observations, near misses, LTIs, and other safety incidents, ensuring proper documentation. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular emergency drills to promote awareness and preparedness among employees. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<h3>Qualifications\/Skills\/Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Mandatory (Entry Level): <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Degree in Occupational Health and Safety from an accredited academic institution. <\/li>\n<li>NEBOSH Certification. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and software relevant to job functions. <\/li>\n<li>In-depth understanding of relevant ISO standards and reporting techniques. <\/li>\n<li><b>Preferred: <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Certification in Behavioral Safety Management. <\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of project management methodologies, techniques, and concepts. <\/li>\n<li><b>Experience (Work Related): <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Minimum (2-3) years of experience managing construction projects with HSE responsibilities, including oil and gas maintenance projects.
