maintain a central data source. <\/li>\n<li>Accessible and user-friendly for stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Well-formatted, informative, and up-to-date. <\/li>\n<li>Periodic assessment of spectrum strategy (Spectrum roadmap &#038; strategy). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Determine actions for spectrum refarming based on strategic needs. <\/p>\n<p>Monitor new technologies introduced by 3GPP requiring spectrum resources, and proactively plan for requests, reforms, or returns to regulatory bodies to keep spectrum strategy aligned. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitate temporary spectrum needs. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Support Mobile Planning and Technology Access teams in acquiring temporary spectrum allocations and securing approvals. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>TDRA consultations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Handle periodic requests and consultations such as TDRA-EITC outlooks, wireless services, and spectrum utilization, by establishing internal SLAs and consulting original ITU sources and vendors. <\/p>\n<p>Review and explain consultations to technology heads, highlighting benefits and impacts, to obtain approvals and reflect company needs in the national spectrum roadmap. <\/p>\n<p>Proactively initiate proposals and papers to TDRA, including standardization efforts like 3GPP releases. <\/p>\n<p>Participate actively in regional and international spectrum management forums such as WRC, Arab Spectrum Management Group, and related working groups, to represent EITC interests. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Non-spectrum regulatory tasks\/strategy. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Collaborate internally for non-spectrum TDRA requirements, report 5G interference cases affecting customers, and support technology planning RFPs, Change Requests, and contract management, including tendering, BOQ development, scenario studies, and trial agreements. <\/p>\n<p>Manage amendments, change requests, and new service\/resource line items, coordinating with stakeholders across departments to ensure proper implementation and budgeting. <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0645\u0624\u0647\u0644\u0627\u062a: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc. or higher in Telecommunication\/Electrical Engineering. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 to 12 years in Telecommunication networks, Spectrum management, and regulatory requirements. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Up-to-date spectrum knowledge and trends. <\/li>\n<li>Expertise in handling spectrum consultations and strategy. <\/li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of mobile networks and evolutions. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of 5G networks and new technologies. <\/li>\n<li>Vendor management skills in RFPs, BOQ, and BPO processes. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> #J-18808-Ljbffr<\/p>\n<p>2025-11-11 12:57:20<\/p>","protected":false},"author":100,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","job_listing_type":[68],"job_listing_category":[1347],"job_listing_location":[720],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-50940","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-management-operations","job_listing_location-united-arab-emirates"],"metas":{"_job_featured_image":"","_job_featured":"","_job_filled":"","_job_urgent":"","_job_category":{"1347":"Management &amp;
