This segment offers a huge opportunity for highly driven sales professionals who are eager to make an impact. <\/p>\n<p><strong>In this role, you will be: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establishing contact and developing relationships with business owners and other stakeholders in the Auto Industry <\/li>\n<li>Developing database of leads through referrals, telephone, canvassing, face-to-face, cold calling on business owners, direct mail, and networking <\/li>\n<li>Selling value-added products and subscriptions to new and existing accounts <\/li>\n<li>Meeting weekly and monthly sales KPIs (value and volume) <\/li>\n<li>Providing client training to ensure efficient and continuous use of the service and providing performance regular reviews and reports to ensure maximum client retention <\/li>\n<li>Consistently and continuously monitoring client&#8217;s health and quality metrics\u2019 ensuring they are in line with management\u2019s expectations and ensuring efficient use of service and no malpractice. <\/li>\n<li>Communicating effectively to manage clients\u2019 expectations to ensure they receive a great dubizzle experience. <\/li>\n<li>Reviewing clients\u2019 accounts and highlighting areas where the client can improve their performance to get more out of their listing. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>2 to 5 years of relevant sales experience with at least 1 year of B2B sales. <\/li>\n<li>Online sales experience is a bonus. <\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English and Arabic\/Urdu. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven company <\/li>\n<li>Strong computer skills with excellent MS office knowledge. <\/li>\n<li>Proven success in previous sales roles. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with the dubizzle website <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A fast-paced, high-performing team. <\/li>\n<li>Multicultural environment with over 50 different nationalities <\/li>\n<li>Competitive Tax-free Salary <\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive Health Insurance <\/li>\n<li>Annual Air Ticket Allowance <\/li>\n<li>Employee discounts at multiple vendors across the emirates <\/li>\n<li>Rewards &#038; Recognitions <\/li>\n<li>Learning &#038; Development <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bayut &#038; dubizzle is an equal opportunity employer.
