What you’ll be doing: <\/p>\n
This role requires the incumbent to process employee separation seamlessly and with adherence to law of the land, company policies, accuracy of final settlement and giving the exiting employee an unhindered experience.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Process employee separation requests from HR Business Partners (HRBP) within business timelines <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Preparing separation checklists on time and submitting to payroll for Final Settlement (FS) calculation <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Must have good knowledge of the UAE & GCC labor laws to verify final settlement calculation <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Handle employee\/ex-employee queries on FS and visa cancellation or any other requests\/queries <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ensuring employee passports are released post visa cancellation <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Preparing documentation for termination cases that arise out of an employee\u2019s medical unfitness, death or disability at work and coordinate with Insurance, Travel desk and HRBP teams for case closure <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Monitor and track employee\u2019s exit status for legal compliance <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Review the FS for accuracy of information and employee benefits computation <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Active participation in Employee services projects or any other HR team activity <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Process active employee\u2019s visa renewals in coordination with their respective Line Managers for their confirmation on employee\u2019s renewal approval <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Processing eligible employee\u2019s family benefit and visa for requests received from the employee <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Coordination with GR team for visa\/labour card cancellation, updating absconding and status tracking <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Weekly update of exit trackers to the Team leader and preparing reports on MS Excel for dashboard, audit and other reporting requirements <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Maintain high levels of integrity of data and information with absolute confidentiality<\/p>\n

\u00b7 2-5 years of relevant experience for People Specialist, preferably in GCC locations <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Experience with handling bulk employee data and updates in HR systems <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Have experience in working on robust HRMS systems \u2013 preferred experience in Success Factors or SAP S4 Hana <\/p>\n
