Our available jobs are related to restaurant operations, including F&#038;B service, waitresses\/waiters, hostesses, kitchen and bar operations as well as venue management. <\/p>\n<p>All our jobs offer a complete package with residence visa, accommodation, transportation, annual paid vacation, health insurance in addition to basic salary. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0645\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0648\u0638\u064a\u0641\u064a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify, develop, and secure new MICE and corporate dining opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets. <\/li>\n<li>Promote our restaurants as preferred venues for corporate events, private functions, banquets, and group dining. <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, DMCs, event organizers, and agencies. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and presentations to showcase our dining concepts, menus, and services. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with restaurant operations and catering teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of events. <\/li>\n<li>Develop tailored proposals and event packages to meet client requirements while ensuring profitability. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities within the Abu Dhabi MICE and corporate market. <\/li>\n<li>Represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to build market presence. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate client databases, sales pipelines, and regular reporting. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the marketing team to design promotions and campaigns targeting corporate and event business. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure client satisfaction and secure repeat business through exceptional service and relationship management. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (Master\u2019s degree preferred). <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3\u20137 years of experience in business development or sales within hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or event management, preferably in the UAE market. <\/li>\n<li>Strong network of corporate clients, DMCs, and event organizers in Abu Dhabi is highly desirable.\n<ul>\n<li>Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales\/revenue targets. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. <\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of MICE industry trends, event planning, and F&#038;B operations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and sales reporting tools. <\/li>\n<li>A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven personality with strong business acumen. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English is required;
