Allsopp Dubai Property July 2025 Market Snapshot is now availableRead the report <\/p>\n<h3>Developer Sales Consultant <\/h3>\n<p>\u062f\u0628\u064a <\/p>\n<p>Dubai \/ Full time \/ Onsite <\/p>\n<p>Developer Sales Consultants deal with off plan property purchases and adhere to the company&#8217;s policies and goals. <\/p>\n<p>Salary Range: 50% Commission <\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Role: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Common tasks involved and typical work activities tend to include: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collecting information about off plan properties and new developments and arranging for the appropriate marketingmaterial to be created <\/li>\n<li>Keeping up to date with the rules, regulations and current pricing yields (price per square foot or metre etc.) within Dubai <\/li>\n<li>Confident and clear communication with sellers, buyers and tenants as well as banks and other financial institutions <\/li>\n<li>Creating and attending off plan property valuations <\/li>\n<li>Creating and attending off plan property viewings <\/li>\n<li>Negotiation with prospective buyers\/tenants and sellers\/landlords from viewing through to offer stage <\/li>\n<li>Regular care calls to all clients following up after each viewing <\/li>\n<li>Keeping up to date with market trends in the local developer property market <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Off plan, Commercial or Residential real estate sales and or rental experience in the UAE and UK preferably <\/li>\n<li>RERA certified (We will assist with this if you do not have this) <\/li>\n<li>Positive and hard working attitude <\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and communication skills in English <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in second language advantageous <\/li>\n<li>Presentable, professional and honest <\/li>\n<li>Smart business dress is required at all times <\/li>\n<li>Our team are expected to act professionally and adhere to high company standards <\/li>\n<li>You should be punctual and contribute to the development of the company <\/li>\n<li>An excellent work ethic, strong interpersonal skills and a supportive team player <\/li>\n<li>UAE driving license and own vehicle (we can arrange a hire car or company vehicle at your expense) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> #J-18808-Ljbffr<\/p>\n<p>2025-11-11 12:39:57<\/p>","protected":false},"author":100,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","job_listing_type":[68],"job_listing_category":[1362],"job_listing_location":[720],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-51129","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-it-technology-consulting","job_listing_location-united-arab-emirates"],"metas":{"_job_featured_image":"","_job_featured":"","_job_filled":"","_job_urgent":"","_job_category":{"1362":"IT &amp;
