You&#8217;ll lead the Inside Sales team, ensuring accuracy in documentation, responsiveness to customers, and strong alignment with sales objectives. With visibility across all product lines, you&#8217;ll help drive revenue growth by improving efficiency, ensuring process discipline, and spotting upsell and cross-sell opportunities. <\/p>\n<h3>What you&#8217;ll do <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the team. Supervise inside sales staff, facilitate regular team meetings, and coordinate workload distribution <\/li>\n<li>Improve quality. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all inquiry and quote processes. <\/li>\n<li>Drive performance. Monitor quote-to-order conversion rates, call activity, and lead progression, ensuring accountability to targets. <\/li>\n<li>Support improvement. Use data analytics to identify trends, streamline processes, and raise team performance <\/li>\n<li>Engage Key Stakeholders. Handle urgent or complex customer and supplier interactions requiring supervisory input <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What Makes You a Fit <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of experience supervising a sales team <\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree preferred in business, technical, or related field <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Epicor ERP and HubSpot CRM (or equivalent) <\/li>\n<li>Strong data analysis, reporting, and process management skills <\/li>\n<li>Excellent prioritisation, coordination, and problem-solving abilities <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) is an advantage <\/li>\n<li>Based in or able to commute to JAFZA, a valid UAE driver&#8217;s license is an advantage <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Why join us? <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Purpose-driven culture.
