If you\u2019re excited to shape the future of finance, let\u2019s get in touch. <\/p>\n<h3>What You\u2019ll Be Doing <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruiting exceptional A-Players to join Revolut&#8217;s rapidly growing teams <\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile <\/li>\n<li>Developing and refining interview processes that enhance assessment quality and candidate experience <\/li>\n<li>Being a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a solid understanding of the talent pool <\/li>\n<li>Facilitating a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs <\/li>\n<li>Screening CVs and interviewing prospective candidates, promoting Revolut as an employer of choice <\/li>\n<li>Driving the offer process and closing candidates <\/li>\n<li>Consistently ensuring a fantastic candidate experience <\/li>\n<li>Being a subject-matter expert in your specialist market <\/li>\n<li>Implementing modern sourcing\/recruiting methods <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What You\u2019ll Need <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of experience as a recruiter (seniority will be based on your experience) <\/li>\n<li>A proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth environment, meeting ambitious timelines and KPIs <\/li>\n<li>Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and hiring managers <\/li>\n<li>Business acumen with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new domains, supporting cross-functional recruitment efforts <\/li>\n<li>Solid organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools <\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail <\/li>\n<li>High ambition, self-motivation, and passion about our vision <\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Nice to Have <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in a recruitment agency, hyper-growth start-up, and\/or fintech <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in other languages <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Building a global financial super app isn\u2019t enough.
