You will support driving product innovation processes and product improvements in the Middle East &#038; Africa region, including pricing, product specification and supply chain definition. You will analyse potential new business fields and identify opportunities for new Doka products and services to increase market penetration. This role reports directly to the Head of Product Management and is based in Dubai. <\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re ready to take the next step in your product management career with a global industry leader, we&#8217;d love to hear from you. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Interact with customers to gather feedback, understand concerns, and capture future Temporary Works requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Support and initiate go-to-market processes, product re-launches, and product exits. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct country-specific product trainings and represent Doka at construction industry events such as exhibitions, seminars, and webinars. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor and analyse competitors, construction methods, and trends; conduct market studies to identify opportunities for new Doka products and services. <\/li>\n<li>Provide advice to country teams regarding Doka products and their optimized usage; adjust documents from the Group Product Management to meet country market requirements for new product introductions. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee and manage the regional product portfolio, streamline country portfolios to improve quality of local standard items, and ensure alignment with internal standards. <\/li>\n<li>Lead assigned regional product initiatives within the framework of the Locally Specified Article Process, guiding development teams through all project phases. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Procurement in the Middle East, Africa &#038; Asia Pacific to drive innovations and synergise resources. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical\/Civil Engineering qualification, ideally a degree <\/li>\n<li>Confident user of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office <\/li>\n<li>Previous experience with Doka or other formwork systems is beneficial <\/li>\n<li>Proven understanding of customer needs and strong analytical skills <\/li>\n<li>Jobsite experience <\/li>\n<li>Solid communication and presentation skills in English <\/li>\n<li>Ideal personality: proactive and convincing, self-confident, hands-on, creative, innovative, enthusiastic <\/li>\n<li>Willingness to work in an international environment and travel regularly <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Employment details <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Seniority level: Mid-Senior level <\/li>\n<li>Employment type: Full-time <\/li>\n<li>Job function: Product Management and Marketing <\/li>\n<li>Industries: Construction <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Doka Danmark.
