Provide actionable feedback to marketing teams regarding lead quality, helping refine marketing strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Update CRM System: Maintain accurate, real-time records of each lead in the CRM system. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor and Track Lead Status: Regularly review the CRM to ensure that leads are moving through the pipeline appropriately. Make sure follow-ups are scheduled, and the sales team receives timely updates about lead readiness. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure Seamless Handover to Sales Teams: Ensure smooth transition of qualified leads to the sales team. <\/li>\n<li>Lead Nurturing and Engagement: Provide ongoing, tailored communication to nurture leads and share market knowledge and financial options. <\/li>\n<li>Referral Management: Redirect unqualified leads to referrals or suitable alternatives. <\/li>\n<li>Reporting and Analysis: Track lead metrics and provide improvement insights.
