The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil and structural works, with a proven ability to lead labor teams, coordinate site activities, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and schedule standards. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site, particularly related to bridge substructure and superstructure works (e.g., foundations, piers, girders, decking, and concrete works). <\/li>\n<li>Allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor productivity, progress, and quality of work; take corrective actions where necessary. <\/li>\n<li>Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies among the workforce. <\/li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and workers. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain daily site reports, work diaries, and labor attendance records. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in planning construction sequences and provide technical guidance to the crew. <\/li>\n<li>Identify site issues or risks and report them to site engineers or project managers promptly. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure cleanliness and organization of the worksite at all times. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant trade certification. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5\u20137 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 3 years in bridge or infrastructure projects in the UAE. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of formwork, rebar, concreting, earthworks, and bridge erection techniques. <\/li>\n<li>Familiar with Dubai Municipality and RTA construction site requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project documentation. <\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of construction health and safety standards. <\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills in English;
