We seek an outstanding scholar with expertise in the molecular mechanisms, regulatory roles, and applications of non-coding RNAs in gene expression, epigenetics, and cellular function. The successful candidate will contribute to the department\u2019s research excellence in molecular biology, biotechnology, and genomics and will engage in high-quality teaching and mentoring of students at undergraduate and graduate levels. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Molecular Biology, Functional Genomics, and Non-Coding RNA Biology. <\/li>\n<li>Develop new courses and update existing curricula in RNA biology, epigenetics, and gene regulation. <\/li>\n<li>Supervise undergraduate research projects, MSc, and Ph.D. students. <\/li>\n<li>Establish an independent, externally funded research program in ncRNA biology, with applications in health, disease, or biotechnology. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct innovative research in lncRNAs, miRNAs, siRNAs, circRNAs, or ribozymes and their roles in gene regulation, cellular differentiation, or stress responses. <\/li>\n<li>Publish in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals and present findings at international conferences. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with faculty and researchers within the College of Science and UAEU on interdisciplinary research projects. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in departmental, college, and university-level committees. <\/li>\n<li>Engage in outreach activities to promote RNA research and molecular biotechnology. <\/li>\n<li>Foster interdisciplinary collaborations with national and international institutions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum: Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, or a related field. <\/li>\n<li>Postdoctoral research experience with a strong publication record in ncRNA biology. <\/li>\n<li>Expertise in RNA sequencing, functional characterization of ncRNAs, RNA-protein interactions, and RNA therapeutics. <\/li>\n<li>Preferred: Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, or a related field. <\/li>\n<li>Postdoctoral research experience with a strong publication record in ncRNA biology. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in CRISPR-based genome editing, transcriptomics, or bioinformatics approaches to RNA function. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated
