This role includes supervising the service team, maintaining quality standards, resolving customer issues, and supporting the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational and financial goals. <\/p>\n<p>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise daily operations of the lounge restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. <\/li>\n<li>Lead, motivate, and support the service team, including servers, bartenders, and hosts\/hostesses. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee table assignments, reservations, and guest flow to maximize efficiency and experience. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor staff performance, provide training, and conduct regular feedback sessions. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service operations. <\/li>\n<li>Support in scheduling shifts and managing staff attendance. <\/li>\n<li>Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and controlling operating costs. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain inventory levels of restaurant supplies and coordinate replenishment when needed. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare daily reports on operations, guest feedback, and staff performance. <\/li>\n<li>Promote a welcoming atmosphere in line with the lounge\u2019s brand standards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred). <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2\u20133 years of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant, lounge, or bar. <\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership and team management skills. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. <\/li>\n<li>Proven customer service and conflict-resolution skills. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations software is an advantage. <\/li>\n<li>Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
