You will play a key role in creating a fun, safe, and energetic environment that encourages participation and ensures a memorable experience for all guests. <\/p>\n<p>Working under the guidance of the Entertainment Manager and in accordance with JA Hotels &#038; Resorts policies and operational standards, you are expected to provide service that is efficient, personalized, courteous, and punctual. A high level of guest interaction and enthusiasm is essential, with a constant focus on maximizing guest satisfaction through engaging entertainment and wellness offerings. <\/p>\n<h3>Duties &#038; Responsibilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Organize and conduct a variety of engaging activities for teenagers (13+ years) and adults, including water gym, yoga, Zumba, and other recreational programs. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure all activities are conducted in a fun, safe, and professional manner, aligning with the brand\u2019s standards and guest expectations. <\/li>\n<li>Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and approachable manner, building rapport and encouraging participation in scheduled programs. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor the Teens Club area to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at all times. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in the setup, execution, and cleanup of all scheduled activities and events. <\/li>\n<li>Communicate clearly with guests, answering questions and providing information about the activity schedule and club facilities. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the Entertainment Manager to develop new ideas and continuously improve the Teens Club offering. <\/li>\n<li>Follow all JA Hotels &#038; Resorts operational policies and safety procedures. <\/li>\n<li>Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or guest feedback to the Entertainment Manager promptly. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in promoting the weekly activity schedule through effective communication and engagement. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain professional appearance and behavior, representing the brand with enthusiasm and positivity. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Experience &#038; Skills <\/h3>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 1\u20132 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality, leisure, or entertainment industry. <\/li>\n<li>Prior experience conducting group fitness or recreational activities (e.g., yoga, Zumba, aqua aerobics) is highly preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working with teenagers and adult guests in a customer-facing environment. <\/li>\n<li>Background in wellness, sports, recreation, or animation is an advantage. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and engaging personality. <\/li>\n<li>Energetic, outgoing, and confident in leading group activities. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for guests of various ages. <\/li>\n<li>Good organizational and time management skills. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. <\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of first aid is an advantage. <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English is required;
