{"id":51525,"date":"2025-11-15T12:49:45","date_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:49:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/move-coordinator\/"},"modified":"2025-11-15T12:49:46","modified_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:49:46","slug":"move-coordinator","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/move-coordinator\/","title":{"rendered":"Move Coordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2568036<\/p>\n<p><strong>POSITION PURPOSE: <\/strong><br \/>Serve as the single point of coordination for assigned internal, international, and domestic moves into and out of the local region. <\/p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES\/DUTIES\/FUNCTIONS TASKS: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Manage the household goods process from booking to delivery, from origin to destination. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate international moves with corporate clients, handling both imports and exports. <\/li>\n<li>Counsel clients to ensure the best ongoing experience regarding their household goods shipments, pack outs, deliveries, fine arts, etc. <\/li>\n<li>Manage the expectations of both domestic and international customers. <\/li>\n<li>Assist with answering questions and offering solutions to provide the best moving services. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with moving operations, customer service reps, sales, and crew leaders to stay updated on customer needs, service developments, and insurance matters. <\/li>\n<li>Support our preferred supplier relationships. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Pricing Analyst and Quoting department to price services and jobs cost-effectively. <\/li>\n<li>Confirm transport and service quotes from agents and vendors, requesting discounts when possible. <\/li>\n<li>Book export and import shipments with agents and vendors. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare waybill documentation for outgoing and incoming shipments. <\/li>\n<li>Verify customs documentation for import and export shipments. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor shipment documentation throughout the process. <\/li>\n<li>Close jobs with actual cost calculations, approved by the regional operations manager. <\/li>\n<li>Assist crew leaders with any special crew skill set or equipment needs for pack outs, deliveries, and shipments. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate shipment schedules with crew leaders and customs specialists. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare main documents for individual moves. <\/li>\n<li>Update electronic files and documents daily throughout each move cycle. <\/li>\n<li>Meet or exceed service metrics and revenue goals. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Minimum requirements: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 1 year of moving coordination experience preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Strong English skills (written and verbal) essential. <\/li>\n<li>College degree preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent customer service skills. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in PC applications: Word, Excel, Open Office, Windows. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work proactively in a diverse and inclusive organization. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to build respectful relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management and multitasking skills. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively under pressure. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>WORK REQUIREMENTS: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide after-hours contact information for clients during service delivery. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain frequent, consistent verbal and written communication. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain regular, predictable attendance. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About The Company: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Move One provides time-critical supply chain solutions in logistics, relocation, and moving.
