You will take end-to-end ownership of the product, from early-stage discovery and 0\u21921 building, to go-to-market execution, to scaling adoption with real customers. You\u2019ll work at the intersection of cybersecurity, user experience, and business impact, building a product that is both secure by design and intuitive for non-technical users. <\/p>\n<h3>Main Roles and Responsibilities <\/h3>\n<h3>1. Build (0 \u2192 1 and beyond) <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ShieldNet Access <\/li>\n<li>Lead discovery from first principles, identify real SME pain points in secure access <\/li>\n<li>Make high-quality product tradeoffs in a technically complex (security) domain <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. Own Go-To-Market (GTM) <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and execute product-led and sales-assisted GTM strategies <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with sales, marketing, and partnerships to position the product <\/li>\n<li>Define target segments, ICP, and value propositions <\/li>\n<li>Continuously refine messaging based on market feedback <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Stay Close to Customers <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Spend significant time with customers and prospects (calls, demos, onsite if needed) <\/li>\n<li>Translate real-world usage into product insights and prioritization <\/li>\n<li>Act as the voice of the customer internally <\/li>\n<li>Validate assumptions quickly through tight feedback loops <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. Drive Execution <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with engineering, design, and security teams to ship high-quality features <\/li>\n<li>Ensure fast iteration cycles without compromising security principles <\/li>\n<li>Define and track success metrics (adoption, retention, activation) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Ideal Candidate Must-Have <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years in Product Management, with at least:\n<ul>\n<li>a. Experience building 0\u21921 products or launching new product lines <\/li>\n<li>b.
