{"id":51569,"date":"2025-11-15T12:49:56","date_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:49:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/clinical-educator\/"},"modified":"2025-11-15T12:49:56","modified_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:49:56","slug":"clinical-educator","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/clinical-educator\/","title":{"rendered":"Clinical Educator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2571890<\/p>\n<p><h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates nursing unit orientation, learning and development programs consistent with the hospital&#8217;s mission and goals. <\/li>\n<li>Acts as a mentor and clinical resource at the unit level. <\/li>\n<li>Conducts formal and informal teaching sessions at the unit level. <\/li>\n<li>Develops and implements competency-based assessment programs. <\/li>\n<li>Manages and maintains a computerized database for staff competency development plans and education attendance. <\/li>\n<li>Provides regular updates to the department Manager. <\/li>\n<li>Provides an educational resource service within assigned area\/s and additional units as required. <\/li>\n<li>Supports hospital policies and serves as a professional role model for staff. <\/li>\n<li>Works in other areas within the hospital when assigned, within the scope of practice. <\/li>\n<li>Maintains clinical and professional competency based on the latest research and established standards of practice. <\/li>\n<li>Completes all Core Competencies for nursing as well as applicable Unit Specific Competencies within prescribed timelines. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates awareness and knowledge of Infection Control, Pain Management and Wound Care practices and standards. <\/li>\n<li>Reports and documents as directed in the relevant policies and procedures. <\/li>\n<li>Understands the responsibilities of safe handling, and administration of Narcotic\/Controlled Drugs and documentation as directed by policies and procedures. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates support of leadership. Encourages team decisions, and cooperation within and across departments and assists in resolving differences of opinion. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in hospital-wide and nursing committees. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates understanding and familiarity with Facility Management and Safety Plans. <\/li>\n<li>Actively participates in hospital\/department quality improvement initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Attends the monthly Nurse Management Team meeting and monthly Education meeting. <\/li>\n<li>Maintains annual education requirements and participates in ongoing education activities. <\/li>\n<li>Assists with departmental competency planning\/review. <\/li>\n<li>Performs additional duties when required within the scope of practice. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<p><b>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in nursing (minimum of three (3) years full-time course duration) or <\/li>\n<li>Degree in Nursing (minimum two (2) years course duration) and Registration as a Registered Nurse from Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand, and Australia. <\/li>\n<li>For UAE nationals graduates of UAE or non-UAE universities are exempted from the experience and clinical training requirements for the applied title.
