\u2022 Within the design group act as the client\u2019s point of contact for design related issues.
\u2022 Within the design group act as the project\u2019s design coordinator and contributes (fully or partially) to the overall design management activities.
\u2022 Responsible for the integrated design delivery of projects throughout the entire project life cycle.
\u2022 Ensure design excellence and delivery of project documentation to SSH quality procedures.
\u2022 Responsible for BIM integration and development of innovative working methodologies.
\u2022 Take initiatives to develop design manuals, standard design documents, presentations, etc. to increase efficiencies, knowledge and awareness across the wider architectural community. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Appropriate project experience.
\u2022 Flexibility and attitude towards company objectives.
\u2022 Cordial relationships with clients and stakeholders.
\u2022 Understanding of SSH\u2019s commercial management of projects.
\u2022 Understanding of risk management.
\u2022 Understanding of scope definition and scope interface.
\u2022 Developed presentation skills.
\u2022 Detailed knowledge of SSH\u2019s standards, policies, codes and procedures and ability to transmit the same to others.
\u2022 Full knowledge of Statutory Authorities requirements, knowledge of codes, regulations and submission requirements.
\u2022 Developed knowledge of Health & Safety Principles.
\u2022 Developed knowledge of Sustainable Design principles.
\u2022 Ability and will to mentor and provide support to junior staff members and spread knowledge across the wider architectural community.
\u2022 Ability and will to update knowledge.
\u2022 Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages is an added value. <\/p>\n
<\/strong>
Degree and or Masters in Mechanical Engineering
